Our production line includes “stand alone” machines for winding, cutting and packing sheets.

The MTG service includes engineering, realisation, installation and after-sales service.

The plant shown by the photograph by way of example is composed by:

• Self-centering axial unwinder for large-size rolls
• Dandy roll for synchronising and adjusting the pull on the sheet
• Haul-off and winder for rolls available on the market, mm 350 in diameter
• Automatic taper for the final strip of the re-wound roll
• Roll package by means of a polythene film
• Closure of packed roll heads by heat-shrinking polythene
• Palletiser of packed rolls according to various operator-selected stack-up methods

All the procedures described above may occur half-automatically or completely automatically according to production needs and the customer’s budget.
